You may return any product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned orders will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (810) 412-5331 and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. Please wrap the package securely and note the Returned Goods Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. Credit will not be issued if the manufacturer's original packaging is damaged or the product is not in resaleable condition. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.
Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 30 days.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight. Only the cost of the product will be refunded - not the cost of shipping.
Damaged Goods - All orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that each item is free from defect.
