SHIPPING

We ship daily Monday through Saturday.

We generally ship all items within 24 hours of payment posting via USPS Parcel Post or Priority mail.  If you would prefer another carrier, please contact us prior to your purchase.  All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.  

Quilts and comforters are shipped parcel post, and can take 7-10 business days to arrive  Larger bedding collections may require multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers and so they may arrive on different dates.

All shipping charges reflect current USPS rates with no additional packaging or handling fees.

RETURNS

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW OUR ENTIRE RETURN POLICY PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE!

As a seller on eBay, we strive to be the best!  We purchase brand new items in good faith from major retailers and try to give the most accurate descriptions and photos possible.  If you have any questions about an item, please contact us through eBay email system, prior to your purchase.  We promptly respond to all inquiries with further details or additional photos as needed.

The 14 day refund policy is ONLY if we have made a significant error in the listing. We try our best to resolve any issues as fast as possible. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of item notifying us of the issue.  At that time, if warranted, we will authorize the return of the item.

No items will be accepted without prior authorization, must have a USPS tracking number, use the same method of return shipment and be received back by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new, unopened in original packaging, and with original security ties) AND the buyer requests a cancellation of the transaction, a refund will be given. Any other authorized returns will be reduced by the original shipping expense and assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Returns that have any signs of use or handling will NOT be accepted, no refund will be given, and the item will be donated to our local charity as we only sell brand new items on eBay unless otherwise indicated in an individual listing.

We are not responsible for pictures shown incorrectly on your monitor.  Again, if you have any questions regarding the product, please contact us prior to making your purchase! No refunds will be given for incorrect fit, color, flange size, finished size discrepancy less than 3”, pattern size, beading or other trim, or simply buyer’s remorse. We stand firmly by our return policy and any attempt to bribe or coerce will be reported directly to eBay.
