The Polaroid One600 Ultra Film Camera is great for fun or for business. Unlike the modern digital camera, the Polaroid One600 cameras produce an instant picture on paper with the touch of a button. The same results, if not better, can be produced with digital cameras. However, purchasing all of the equipment needed to do so can prove to be quite expensive. The Polaroid One600 line of cameras provide an easy, cost effective way to produce instant photos on paper. Whether for your personal photos or for business productivity, I highly recommend any of the One600 line of cameras.
If you are in the market for a Polaroid for instant photo needs, the Polaroid One600 Ultra can't be beat. I have a few cameras from Film to a Digital SLR but have always liked having the instant photo capability of a Polaroid. The picture quality is great up to about 10 feet whether using the flash or not, but not much further. There is just something about the picture quality of a Polaroid that a Ink Jet printer can't match on a digital photo. The Polaroid 600 film will cost you a little more than $1 per print. All of my previous Polaroid pics, taken from over 20 years ago, still look good and have held their color well so I expect the newer One600's film to be even more durable over time. This will not take the place of my Digital SLR by any means but for the price of this camera & the ability to have better quality Polaroids than any previous model, it is fun to own, use & I would recommend it to anyone as an "extra" camera. Just understand it is a Polaroid with a flash and that's about it, nothing digital about it! Please vote YES below if you found this review helpful! THANKS!Read full review
I like the cam! it's very easy to use! Actually it's unusual to see people using this type of machine, but are very funny. Love it!
I love the fact that it didn't cost me very much to buy. I love the fact that I can take pictures and they instantly are developed so i can hang them up wherever i want them. I love the fact that it makes me feel "back in the day" I don't really dislike it but I do dislike the price of buying more film for it. I decided to buy it because i need to take pictures of people in my office to help with recognition. I love the product!! :)
I bought this camera at a going-out-of-business sale at a local retail store about a year ago. I thought the 'construction' nature of the camera would make it more durable, while still providing fairly good pictures. Little did I know that the pictures would be so good! I never would have guessed that this camera would take such crisp, clear pictures. I have shot more than a half-dozen pkgs of film and every picture has turned out fine. Please understand...this is not a 35mm camera with all the bells & whistles. It is a Polaroid instant camera (w/ flash) that produces good, instant pictures. That being said, it is very rugged and durable and will tolerate adverse weather better than your 35mm will. I have taken pictures in the rain w/o problems - you only have to remember to protect the film when it exits the camera. It needs to be kept dry & warm...just like any polaroid. If you go into this with the correct expectations, you will not be disappointed.Read full review
