Item will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. I ship packages EVERYDAY Monday through Friday so you can be sure to receive your package timely. As per paypal all items with a combined cost (price + shipping) of $250 or more will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I will only ship to the address in the Paypal transaction, this is a Paypal policy. Sorry NO EXCEPTIONS.
For international buyers: If International shipping is offered and your country is not listed please email me so I can calculate the shipping costs before you purchase. Only some of my listings will I offer International shipping. International shipping time varies based on Country location and customs. I ship next business day so if your item does not arrive in a few weeks please check with your customs office. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. For UK buyers, even though I ship priority international mail next business day, I have been told that it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks for a package to arrive durning the Holidays. For Russian buyers I strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your package. Items freqently get lost in Russian Customs.
Please ask questions before you purchase. I do offer returns on my items excluding swimwear and water slides, I do not offer returns or exchanges on swimwear or water slides. Returns accepted within 3 days of receipt of item, with the exception of swimwear and waterslides. Item must be returned with tags attached, in new resellable condition (as sent to buyer). Return amount will be less all actual shipping charges ( actual shipping cost even if first shippment was free) and less a 10% restocking fee.
I also accept exchanges. Same condtions apply for exchanges, there is no restocking fee for exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on an exchanged item. One exchange per transaction. Must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Please email me if you would like to make an exchange. All of the NEW items I sell come from Authorized Retail stores and are the real thing, I only sell 100% authentic merchandise. I personally purchase the items myself and inspect them before I list them for you. Items come from a SMOKE FREE home.
