SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping. We CANNOT ship to APO, FPO, or to Post office boxes. Your item usually ships within 1 BUSINESS days of receiving processed payment. We use both FedEx and USPS. Small items usually ship USPS and Larger/Heavy items ship FEDEX. We need your physical address to ship FEDEX.

PICTURES: In most cases, the actual item is pictured. If you are looking at an item that is a store display or used if parts or accessories are not mentioned in the description and not in the picture, they are NOT included with the item. Even on NEW items, we cannot guarantee you will get a perfect box, the box may have tape, stickers, creases, writing, etc. Please see the picture! If an item states it is complete, it will have everything the manufacturer includes with the product, unless items are noted as missing.
RETURNS/ SHIPPING DAMAGES: Our Open box/used/store display items are all checked for functionality before listing. We are a FedEx inspected facility with regards to packaging. If your item is damaged, you must contact us by EBAY messages or our customer service line 330-262-8063. Please allow adequate time for us to file an insurance claim with the shipper.
Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow returns if one of the following has happened: The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival. Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get it. We will not honor any claim of DOA or PROBLEMS if not reported to us within 14 business days (weekends are not business days) WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.

I KNOW YOU SAY NO CUSTOMER PICK-UPS BUT I LIVE REALLY CLOSE, CAN I PICK UP THE ITEM? Currently we can only accommodate those items that are specifically listed as pick-up only.
I KNOW IT SAYS YOU DON’T SHIP OUTSIDE THE US, BUT I LIVE IN CANADA AND HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED TO A US ADDRESS, CAN I BID? Sure, if you register a username with that address! Otherwise, if you are registered in Canada, you will not be able to bid.
I ASKED A QUESTION ON FRIDAY NIGHT AND IT’S NOW SUNDAY AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE! WHY WON’T YOU ANSWER? We are not in the office on the weekends, but we will get to your questions as soon as possible. Sometimes we have a lot of questions and we go through them in the order they are received.
MY KID/HUSBAND/WIFE/DOG/CAT/GHOST BID ON AN ITEM WITHOUT ME KNOWING AND I DON’T WANT THE ITEM, DO I HAVE TO PAY? Your bid is a contract to pay. If the auction is still going you can retract your bid through customer support prior to the last 24 hours of the auction. We cannot cancel YOUR bid without removing the item from auction completely and there may be someone who wants it more than you.
WILL YOU END YOUR ITEM AND SELL IT TO ME FOR $$$$$$$? Sorry, but we will not.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We are not liable for any claims in excess of the auction sale value of the item purchased, including any liability for products not being available for use. Our sole liability for any claims, whether based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for any loss or damages arising, resulting form, or connected with the products and this agreement shall be limited to the less of the actual amount of such loss or damages or the purchase price paid by customer for the products that are the subject of the claim.
