Payment Timeline & Unpaid Item Disputes
Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the
transaction may be cancelled. If your non-payment goes beyond 4
days, our system is set to automatically file unpaid item disputes
in order to open channels of communication between us (the seller)
and you (the buyer). Please don't be offended, as this is a way to
facilitate communication and bring closure to an already unsettled
transaction. Please try not to let it get to this point, and keep us
informed of any unexpected situations that arise. We will work with
you.
PLEASE READ:
Televisions (40" inches or more) require special handling and must be
shipped via freight / trucking service. Transit time can take about 7 to
10 Business Days. Transit time does not include processing time. In
order to prevent delays in your delivery, please make sure you provide
us with 2 valid phone numbers. We encourage that you inspect your unit
for damage prior to signing for it. If there are any issues, contact us
immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states only.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do
not ship to port forwarding or package redirecting facilities.
Phone Number Required
It is important that you provide us with 2
valid phone numbers. It will be used strictly for shipping
purposes -- for the shipping company to contact you in order to make
the delivery. This will prevent any delays in your order.
Processing Time
Our normal eBay customer service hours are from Monday through
Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time. We are closed on the weekend,
and most major holidays. It takes two business days for us to
process an order (prior to shipping it). Orders placed on Friday
after our cutoff time will be processed the following Monday. Please
plan ahead!
Inspect your product upon arrival
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon arrival at their doorstep. Whether the exterior of the box show visible sign(s) of damage or not, you must inspect the internal contents while the Delivery Company is there. INTERNAL INSPECTION MUST BE DONE WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT.
PLEASE NOTE: the box and the packaging material inside the box are designed to protect your product. They are designed to absorb the impact of shipping. Just because there are visible signs of damage to the box does not mean that your product inside is damaged. You must remove the box and inspect the contents inside!
If there is any damage to your product, you must refuse the delivery, do not sign for it, and note the damage on the delivery form. You must do this in order for us to file a claim on your behalf and ship you another unit. If you accept the package(s) damaged, it will be extremely difficult to have the shipping company cover the product under their insurance policy.
No International Orders
We do not sell or ship outside of the United States. International
payments will NOT be accepted.

Depending on what item you ordered, your package may be shipped from
one of our 4 warehouses across the United States.
14-Days Return Policy
You may return merchandise for a replacement, provided that the
procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are
followed. All product returns require a return authorization number
(RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the
date of your product was delivered (according to shipping company);
it will be valid for 7 calendar days after it is issued.
Customers must email or call us for an RMA request and return
the item(s) at his/her own cost. Return shipping is not provided,
nor is it reimbursed (please see our Return Shipping Policy below).
Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number, Serial Number
or UPC/Serial Number sticker will automatically void your
ElectroZone Return Policy. Products that are returned to ElectroZone
with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA
service and returned to you.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, nor
reimbursed.
There is a 15% restocking fee if your item is returned to us
incomplete (for example, missing a cable, or manual, etc) or if your
item is returned to us because of buyers remorse.
We will replace the defective item(s), provided that they are
in stock, and your are within the 14-day period. We will ship
replacement items to you at no additional cost. All sales are
considered final after the 14 day return policy period.
Returns for refund are given, less the amount of initial
shipping/handling (what it costs for us to initially ship to you).
Defective Units
Although rare, we do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. We will work with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working properly in a timely fashion. Defective returns are accepted, however there is a 15% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging or a return cannot be processed. Please read our entire return policy for more details.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is
like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to
return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not
reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is
defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one,
however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning
defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the
replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure
to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
