TEVES.US reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals, labels and accessories. It must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. For clothing and other garments, it must be clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise to qualify for a full refund.

For coffee, other food product, dietary supplement and over-the-counter drug, only unopened pail, bucket or box maybe returned. Do not return unused portions of opened item as this will not be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: TEVES.US allows order cancellation at anytime. Your order is not processed until at least an hour after payment allowing you enough time to cancel your order for any reason and receive your refund within the hour.

If your order is already processed and submitted for fulfillment at our office warehouse or vendor partners, we will make our best effort to cancel your order before shipment which might take at least two business days. If the order was shipped, you must ship the item back with RMA. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received confirmation that the item was received in good order by our office warehouse.

FEEDBACK POLICY: TEVES.US leaves feedback after your order is processed and submitted for fulfillment which takes place within a few hours after order payment is received, even if the order was cancelled. We will not reply back to any feedback, be it positive or negative.
