International

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost. Some items may be too large for International shipment, as we are limited by the max sizes determined by USPS.

Shipping Damage

In the unfortunate case of an item receiving damage during shipping, please email us to process a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim process is initiated we will work with you to determine whether a replacement or refund is in order.

Warranty, Returns, and Refunds

The manufacturers of most of my items will cover any malfunctions for up to 30 days. However, if there is an issue within 15 days of purchase, I can resolve them for you directly. Most items have a 7 return policy. This applies for items that are defective or misrepresented in some way. Usually, I can send you a replacement for whatever is defective without the buyer needing to return a faulty product. If you would like to return an item, please contact me through eBay. In most cases, only unused items can be returned - meaning that if you assembled a plane, I cannot accept a return unless it is an unusual circumstance. If you need help, I am always here to help you. If you need help, even if you bought an item from me 6 months ago, please feel free to contact me and I will help you out.

Terminology

There is no industry standard definition for RTF, PNP, ARF, etc. Every manufacturer seems to make up their own definitions.

The generally accepted definitions are:
- RTF/RTR means that you get everything needed to fly the plane or boat, with the exception of the transmitter batteries. Some assembly is usually required due to the size of most planes, jets, and boats.  
- PNP/RxR/BnF means that you get everything needed except the transmitter, receiver and battery. Some assembly is usually required.
- ARF/KIT means that you get all of the components of the plane, i.e.; fuselage, wing, tail, landing gear, etc., prebuilt but not pre-assembled. No electronics are included.
