C.O.D (Collect on Delivery): We do not offer C.O.D. Balance must be paid in full before the musical instruments are shipped.

Payment Due: Payment is expected within 5 days after the auction closes unless the payment is in the mail.

Please make sure to provide the drum set color/model you need and your phone number along with your payment to avoid any delay.

After winning an item in an auction or completing a "Buy It Now" purchase, you will have two checkout options:

Check-Out Now: When the auction closes and you are ready to complete the transaction, click on the Checkout Now button to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email with a checkout link.

Checkout Later: If you do not choose to Checkout Now, we will automatically send you an e-mail within one hours of the auction closing. A standard shipping and handling fee $49.99 will be charged for shipments to lower 48 states ofUSA via UPS Ground.   We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons. UPS ship to physical address only. Please verify with UPS if your address is deliverable.

Outside of US 48 states: There is an additional charge for orders ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands..., etc.). NO PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and other international addresses due to high shipping cost, please contact us at 1-866-798-6688 (Outside US:1-909-581-6192 ) for quotes before placing bid (We may use different carrier such as USPS). All shipping and handling fees do not include custom duty or local taxes.

Expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select are available with additional shipping and handling fee, please also contact us for quotes before placing bids.

• Returned items: it is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back at their own cost regardless of reason of returns. We will refund the item price less shipping and handling fee. NO EXCEPTION!
• Undeliverable addresses / unclaimed packages / returned packages. Shipping and handling fee will be charged to resend the merchandise
• Exchange merchandise: Free exchange is eligible for any defective item if customers report the problem within 30 days. We will still exchange any defective item after 30 days but customers are responsible for two-way shipping and handling fees.

International buyers: Due to the high shipping rate for outside of United States, we can only ship this oversize item to part of Canada. Canada buyers must contact us for a quote of additional shipping and handling fee before placing any order. We guarantee that all our items are as described and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. After the merchandise arrives in its original condition, we will refund you the item price less shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, shipping and handling fees is non-refundable in any circumstances. NO EXCEPTION!!! Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. Any package that is returned without RMA # written on the box will be refused. We recommend you insure the item and ship with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Packages ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be refused due to the high damaging rate. If the merchandise arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim against the carrier. If your merchandise is returned in any other condition, we may refund the item price less shipping & handling fee plus less an ADDITIONAL 30% restocking fee if any of the following occurs (at our sole discretion):

• The merchandise has broken parts.
• The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as "used".

All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival

Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.

Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.

Purchased a wrong item:

If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for two way shipping fee such as the return shipping cost and the regular shipping and handling cost for sending the correct item to the customer.
