Payments	Online payment with PayPal. You may phone us during business hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EASTERN time) at 803-428-3460 to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.   2 ways to pay: 1. Online using your paypal account, click "PAYPAL" during checkout process. 2.  Call us during business hours to pay over the phone with any major credit card.  Click "OTHER CREDIT CARDS" during checkout process.  Clicking other credit cards during checkout does NOT allow you to enter your credit card information online.  You must call us if you choose this method.   Orders can also be picked up at our location during normal business hours. Please indicate "local pickup" during checkout if you intend to pickup your order.
Multiple Items	When ordering multiple items, please order all items before proceeding through the "checkout" and "payment" process (click on visit sellers store instead of pay now) and be sure and select the same shipping carrier or wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.    Orders can not be changed or added to once you have received a shipping confirmation with your tracking number or delivery confirmation number.
Warranty	Parts are covered by warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full purchase price refund or a replacement.  Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds	Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.  Electrical parts are generally not returnable, but please contact us if there is a problem.   No returns accepted on books or manuals.   All returned merchandise must include: 1. Copy of invoice/packing slip 2. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging.   3. Shipping is non-refundable.   All Merchandise Returns must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping	Shipping cost can be automatically calculated by the buyer on all of our eBay items. UPS and USPS calculators are located under the shipping tab on the item page just under the picture of the item. Items can be picked up at our location during normal business hours - Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time. We ship Monday - Friday via UPS and USPS.          We will ship your order as soon as possible. If your payment is received before USPS and UPS pickups, your order will be shipped the same day, if not, it's shipped the following business day. We combine as much of the shipping charges as possible.  Shipping charges are based on actual UPS and USPS rates depending on the weight and size box your order is shipped in (very large boxes and items that can't be shipped in a box are subject to an oversize or additional shipping charge by most carriers).  We do not profit on shipping charges.  Please be advised that as of 07/01/11, eBay will begin charging sellers fees on shipping costs that unfortunately we will have to pass on to buyers. When ordering multiple items, please order all items before proceeding through the "checkout" and "payment" process or wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.  If you do overpay on shipping, we will issue you a refund.
General Info.	All parts for sale unless otherwise stated are new replacement tractor parts. Manufacturer's names and OEM part numbers are given for reference purposes only. Right Hand/Left Hand - Right hand/Left hand is determined as you are sitting on the tractor.
International Order	Payment for international orders must be paid with paypal or a major credit card. No returns on international sales. International Sales must be paid with paypal or Credit Card.  Please Note:   Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.   These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
