El presente trabajo expone un procedimiento de diseño y optimización de procesos combinados de deformación plástica multietapa denominados embutición, reembutición y estirado, independientes en su definición y formulación científica. La combinación de los mismos dependerá tanto de la geometría de la pieza a obtener como del material a emplear en su fabricación. Así mismo, diferentes subprocesos y fenómenos se toman en cuenta para la definición de los mismos. El trabajo aporta también un sistema integrado, implementado en una herramienta informática desarrollada en el entorno de Java, que proporciona una solución científica básica y analítica de las etapas intermedias que conforman el proceso, desde el material de partida hasta el producto final, optimizando a su vez la energía consumida en el proceso, el tiempo de fabricación y los costes.
