Order Processing:
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day except for those requiring special handling as noted in the listing.
All single clubs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
All club sets with the exception of Military or International shipments are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
We do not offer local pick-up.
All items must be shipped on our shipper ID
Days in Transit:
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit.
Combined Shipping:
All single clubs can be combined for savings, just add $2 for each additional club. Golf Bags cannot be combined with any other item.
We accept payment via PayPal.
We require immediate payment on buy it now items. Auctions within 3 calendar days after auction closes. After 5 days we will void the sale, re-sell the item, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!
If your PayPal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. PayPal e-checks will not be shipped until PayPal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed. International customers may take longer.
We only sell 100% authentic merchandise and the pictures are of the actual clubs being sold. New Stock items such as gloves, balls, shoes, training aids and accessories may be stock photos.
RETURNS:
We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $10 or 10% (which ever is greater). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 3 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt.
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
All returns require return authorization.
Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the item.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
Issues with Shipment:
If you received damaged items please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please email us as soon as possible. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Item Condition:
We guarantee the accuracy of each club description. We take great effort in accurately describing and rating each item. If you feel the club is not accurately described, please email us to request a return. Please note that our standard return policy does apply.
Warranty:
All items are sold as is; any warranty is with the manufacturer.
