10 - Brand New
The club(s) is brand new condition, and never used on a golf course
Woods: Grip: Excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches Face: May have been hit indoors Sole: Impossible to determine if club has been hit Crown: Impossible to determine if club has been hit
Irons/Wedge: Grip: Excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches Face: May have been hit indoors Sole: Impossible to determine if club has been hit Topline: Pefect, no bag wear

9.5 - Mint
Shows virtually no traces of wear and has been hit 1-3 times total. It will be difficult to determine if clubs have been used.

9 - Above Average
Clubs have been played less than 10 rounds, and are in top of the line used condition.
Woods: Grip: Very good condition, may show small signs of use Shaft: May show small signs of use, no bag wear Face: Shows small amounts of wear, common of the club that has been used 5-10 rounds Sole: Small amounts of surface scratches Crown: No skymarks or paint chips
Irons/Wedges: Grip: Very good condition, may show small signs of use Shaft: May show small signs of use, no bag wear Face: Shows small amounts of wear, grooves are still in excellent condition Sole: Small amounts of surface scratches Topline: May have small amounts of bag wear. No major dings

8 - Average
These clubs have seen normal usage for an extended period of time, at least one season. Have been well cared for, and still in good used condition
Woods: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows signs of use, may have small markings or paint scratches Face: Shows ball markings, and some surface scratches. No major marks Sole: Will have some surface scratches, and possibly paint missing from the decals Crown: May have a small skymark, or a few small paint chips. Still in nice used condition
Irons/Wedges: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows signs of use, may have small markings or paint scratches Face: Shows wear and ball marks. Small amount of browning possible. Grooves still sharp Sole: Will have some surface scratches, and possibly paint missing from the decals Topline: Will have some bag wear. No major dings to effect playability
Putter: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows signs of use, may have small markings or paint scratches Face: May have some scratches and/or small dings Sole: Will have some surface scratches, and possibly paint missing from decals Topline: Bag wear has caused some small dings, consistent of a headcover used some of the time
7 - Below Average
These clubs have been well used, but not abused. These clubs offer a great value for someone who isn't as interested in cosmetics, but cares about performance
Woods: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: A fair amount of ball marks and scratches present. Nothing to effect performance Sole: Large amount of surface scratching, and paint missing from decals Crown: Skymarks and/or paint chips clearly visible
Irons/Wedges: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: Browning is on the club(s), and ball marks. Grooves still will perform well Sole: Large amounts of surface scraching, and paint missing from decals. May have a rock ding Topline: Major bag wear, and visible dings
Putter: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: Dings and/or scratches visable. Finish may be wearing off Sole: Dings visible, paint missing from decals Topline: Putter was used without a headcover, major topline wear
6 - Poor
These clubs show considerable wear, but are useable
Woods: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: Large amounts of ball marks and scratches Sole: Heavy scratching and paint missing from decals Crown: Many skymarks and/or paint chips. May have dents
Irons/Wedges: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: Browning is clearly visible, grooves have worn and may be ineffective Sole: Surface scraching, and rock dings clearly visible Topline: Large amounts of bag wear, and dings
Putter: Grip: Still in useable condition, may need to be replaced in near future Shaft: Shows wear, and may have paint scratches or graphics worn off Face: Finish worn off, several dings and/or scratches Sole: Finish worn off, several dings and/or scratches Topline: Putter was used without a headcover, major topline wear.

9 - Above Average
Headcover has very little wear or mark
8 - Average
Headcover is in the condition of normal use for a season or two. May have slight fraying, discoloration or small tear
7 - Below Average
Headcover has major discoloration, rips and fraying.

All shoes sold on 2ndSwing.com will be in brand new condition. Some may not have the original box, but all will be unworn shoes

All shipments are sent with FedEx, including all international shipments. All items are guaranteed to be shipped out with 48 business hours of payment. The majority of items are shipped within 24 business hours.
We ship to confirmed paypal addresses. If you are requesting to have the item shipped to a different location than your paypal confirmed address, you will need to get in contact with us VIA email through eBay or by phone at 612-216-4152.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us with any shipping instructions within 10 minutes of completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping Costs
Our shipping price includes shipping, administration/handling fees, and insurance.
Canadian Buyers
All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In order to obtain information regarding those fees, please contact your local customs office.
We will not lower the value of an item or mark an item as a gift on customs documents. Any questions asking us to do so will go unanswered.
Our standard carrier to Canada is FedEx; however, some items, either by neccesity or customer request, may be sent via USPS. Unlike items shipped via FedEx, items sent via USPS will not have a guaranteed delivery date or tracking information.
Local Pick-Up
All items are available for local pick up at our Minneapolis location. You will not be charged the shipping costs, but you will be responsible for a $7.50 administration fee. The item will also need to be paid for through paypal prior to pick-up.
All items for sale are eBay only items and must be purchased through eBay. These items are not for sale in our retail locations.

If you purchase multiple items, there is a discount of 50% off shipping of each additional item purchased. If you are purchasing a matching headcover, the headcover shipping is free with purchase of a club. Please contact us to arrange combined shipping.

We accept Paypal payment only for all eBay orders. All international shipments must also use paypal.
