• Your item will be shipped within 48 hours in business days (except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).

• Usually, we will not pack the phone by Retail Box since 1) Retail Box is often damaged in transit; 2) Most Retail Box is overweight, which resulted in high postage & handling. In this case, we will use SPECIAL COMPACT CARTON BOX for packing your item.

• Tracking Number will be filed automatically through eBay to the buyer's eBay email address upon shipment. If you do not receive the Tracking Number as promised, please email us. Do not forget to include your EBAY ID, Item Number, Paypal transaction ID while contacted.

• Note: If you haven't received the item within a month, please feel free to contact us. Normally, your email will be replied within 24 ~ 48 hours. If you still haven't got the reply after 48 hours, please check the spam of your email box or send your message through eBay Message. We will try our best to give you the best solution ASAP.

• To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. Buyer, as the importer, is responsible for paying any such costs. • For DOA ITEM (Defective/Dead on Arrival), buyers please contact us within 14 days in order to exchange or to exchange another model phones (Note: price difference will be applied).

• 60 days free of charge warranty for repairing. We will use the arrival time and date shown on courier's website as the official arrival time.

• Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.

• Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.

• Shipping/Handling and Insurance charges are non-refundable in any cases.

• Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is also responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.

• Please obtain the RMA number for any return items.
