All in stock orders received by 2:00pm eastern time will ship the same day! All orders received after 2:00pm will ship the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude all major US holidays and any days that our carriers do not ship. We require a physical address for your order, we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please verify your address at checkout, in many situations your order is shipped immediately and the address cannot be changed.
All orders shipping to the continental United States are shipped to you for no charge via FedEx or UPS ground service. If you are ordering outside of the continental United States the shipping charges on your order are the actual carrier shipping charges from the warehouse closest to you that can fulfill your order.
While we do ship free to the continental US, shipping to US Territories (like Puerto Rico), Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional fee. Please contact customer service before your order is placed to get the exact charge.
If you need your item faster you can choose an expedited shipping option such as one day express shipping. Expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded once the package is shipped.
The majority of our customers choose our free ground shipping. Due to our multiple warehouse locations we are able to reach 99% of continental US addresses within four transit days. Our experience shows that 75% of our orders actually arrive in two days or less.
Any item that receives damage during transit should be reported by e-mail or eBay message within one business day. Please save all packing materials as we will have the carrier recollect the package and send you a new one at our expense.
Package Refusals or Wrong Address
Any shipment that is refused or sent to the wrong address by a customer will be refunded minus our actual shipping charges.

Returns with 3 Kings Audio are as simple as they can get. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days just send back the product and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. If you have any problems with your product within the first 60 days just send back the product and we will send out a replacement for no charge.

Notify Our Customer Service Department
All returns must be setup through our customer service department first. Please note that any item that shows avoidable physical abuse cannot be accepted (blown voice coils, cracked screened, etc). If your product has missing parts we will be glad to exchange it but if a refund is requested there will be deductions for the missing pieces (including the box and manuals).
When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we strongly advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it you shouldn't have any problems. Please be sure to note your eBay user ID on or in the box. Feel free to contact our customer service department with any return shipping questions.
All refunds will be processed promptly after being checked in. The refund will be made to the original payment method of the order. Please note that while we process the refund on our end quickly it may take your bank additional time for it to post back to your account.
All exchanges will be shipped promptly after being checked in. If no change of address is requested the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order. You will not receive a new tracking number for the replacement but you are welcome to request one.
