If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition. Returned items should be unopened, unused, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. All products must be undamaged and in resellable condition. If we receive the product, and it's damaged, a refund will NOT be authorized. We HIGHLY recommend insuring the package for its full value. Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge. A 25% restocking fee may be applied. RMA# is required for all returns. Breakage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
