    3. Please note that surfboard is a fragile item. If damage it should occur during shipping, 

      -  If you notice that the packaging box is damaged or been opened, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT NOR OPEN THE PACKAGE. RETURN IT TO THE COURIER COMPANY.

      - If you open the package and notice any damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the surfboard. Please provide us the photos and a detail explanation, please keep the packaging materials for the shipping insurance investigation purposes. 

  

 SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, GUAM, USVI, AND ANY OTHER US POSSESSION COST EXTRA.  Please e-mail us for more details.
