We will pay the return shipping costs and provide a 100% refund if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.). If you choose to return an item for any reason other than an error on our part the shipping charges are not refundable and you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees can vary from 20% to 100% of refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the orignal box with all documentation,parts and accessories to insure the highest refund possible. New and Unused means sale-able condition,not dirty and not washed. In the case that merchandise is received in a condition that is unacceptable, according to the above guidelines, the refund will be denied. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used. Returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from us will not be accepted.If you choose to return an item that was sold with free shipping you will be refunded your purchase price minus our cost to ship the item to you, minus applicable restocking fees as stated above.
