You may return any purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% return fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.Please note that all returned merchandise must be in as-new, uninstalled, in the box condition, and be returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, warranty and other paperwork that may have shipped with the product. Items showing use, abuse or wear and tear will not be accepted for return credit.
How to Make a Return
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at 847-669-9355 or send us an email. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
*PLEASE NOTE* Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued. Returns received after the 30 day window, regardless of previous authorization, will not be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued.
You assume responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in shipment. No credits will be issued for products shipped by you, but not received by us, or received in damaged condition.
