Shipping Policy Details:
Under normal circumstances, merchandise ships within 5 business days upon receiving payment. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for receipt of merchandise from the ship date. We do offer combined shipping for items purchased all within the same order. If you are purchasing quantities over 3 the item may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. If merchandise is backordered and will not ship out within the 5 business days upon receiving payment, we will automatically request to cancel the order and refund your purchase in full within that 5 day period. We guarantee all merchandise will ship in a maximum of 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping prices are for USA only. Free shipping does not include International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO. All transactions to these locations incur an additional $3.00 USD per item handling fee for processing. Seller reserves the right to change shipping method or carrier service provider at time of shipment. We cannot ship items over 70 lbs. to P.O. Box. We will only ship to addresses registered with PayPal at the time of shipping. We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community without certain types of delivery. We cannot guarantee shipments for Saturday, Sunday or holiday deliveries.

International Shipments:
We currently ship only to USA & select international countries.. See list. All international transactions incur an additional $3.00 USD per item handling fee for processing. Shipments for international export may require an additional 3 - 4 business days for processing time before shipment. USPS shipments are limited in weight & size based on the receiving countries regulations and policies.

Shipping Carriers for international orders are chosen based on service availability & reputation for delivery location.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. If a buyer asks to commit customs fraud, buystro will report it to eBay.

• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

• We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Returns and Warranty:


Defective merchandise including a refund on original shipping cost with handling fee will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within 10 business days.

Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 20% for all orders.

We cannot accept the return of certain items, including but not limited to: swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, cigars, wines, and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers). Other select items, as noted on the product detail page.

Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage:
If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. Then please contact buystro via eBay message. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
