Item took a while to arrive, but it got here in good shape. It's everything I wanted and actually looks like new. I haven't had a chance to play the CDs yet so I don't know whether any are scratched but it looks like new on the outside so I'm really not worried. I've wanted this set since I bought it for my ex in 2005 when we got married. Now I have my own set to enjoy. I've loved Neil Diamond since I was 14, and I'm 67 now and still love his music.
