Let me start off by saying that this game rocks. There is the ability to create your own superstar with many different variations of heads, uniforms, and other things to choose from. The controls are very easy to get accustomed to and take about five minutes to completely master. You can set all sorts of different records with your created player which is the funnest part of this game. Yes, it is an arcade-ish type basketball, which means you can dunk farther and higher than the globetrotters, make three pointers from under the other hoop and jump off the screen. There are also many bonus arenas to unlock and many fun things to do. This game is licensed, which means you'll get to play with your favorite stars of the early nineties. One of the most funnest aspects of this game is the fact that there is no fouls and you can push people flat on their face without punishment. You will have loads of fun playing with a friend also. Not to mention, if you make three hoops in a row, you get ''on fire'' and will not miss a shot until your opponent makes one. The only thing half bad, is that it is only two on two, and you only have one person to pass it to. But, like I mentioned, this game is not supposed to be realistic. Overall, there is not much wrong with the gameplay and you should be happy with all the options and moves that you can do. Story There is no story. Play a two on two basketball game and score more points than your opponent. As basic as it gets. Audio The music is pretty much top-notch for an SNES game. The in game music is fast paced and is sure to keep you in the flow of the game. There is menu music and the music in general can easily be listened to on your free time. That's about it for the music. Graphics This is the only place where the game could use a little help. The players seem to be a little fuzzy at times and the crowd is so blotted and fuzzy you can hardly make out what is over there. All of the courts are a little too line-ish and the ball is kind of oversized. Of course, I could be picky but I though it was important to mention that here. Other than that, I can't complain about the graphical department. Summary If I were you and I had an SNES, I would definitely pick up this game. I would imagine it not costing too much and it will definitely be worth your while. This game is much better than later basketball game for improved systems due to it's simplicity. You would be doing yourself a favor if you bought this game, because I'm sure you won't regret it.Read full review
