Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the product you ordered is defective, it will be replaced with an item of equal functionality. In case a replacement for a returned item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Following conditions need to be met to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all original accessories in the original box
- Returned products must not have any sign of abuse or intentional damage. All returned products will be carefully inspected before replacement
is shipped or refund is issued.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
- For the refund of non-defective returns, only product price will be refunded
- Returned products which are not incomplete may subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Leave us a message thru Ask Seller on the auction you won to get a RMA number.
(Return Authorization Number). We will send you a RMA form by email.
- Returned products must have RMA# clearly written outside the package and include the invoice and the reason of return.
- Ship via traceable means. We are not responsible for the lost package in transit.
- RMA number is valid for 10 business days from the original date of issue.
