International Shipping where applicable is done by USPS Global Express EMS or Priority Int'l, First Class Int'l. and DHL/Fedex/UPS International. calculated based upon your Country, City or Town and postal code. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EACH COUNTRY HAS POLICIES TO CHARGE AND COLLECT DUTIES AND/OR TAXES WHICH IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Closing prices are for the item(s) only, and do not include shipping unless specified, upgrades and/or extended warranties. Shipping and handling costs are fixed or calculated, listed with each item, and are IN ADDITION to the winning price (and YES, we will combine shipping for multiple winning items to save you money). Some US destinations (outside of continental US) can cost more. If a shipment arrives damaged it must be reported to us immediately.

Every purchase will receive a commercial invoice which will validate warranty registration with the manufacturer.
We make every effort to ship the product as described in this listing, but reserve the right to offer an equivalent replacement or refund (at your discretion) should an item sell out from our local sales before your payment is received.
All sales are final; If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from TMG Electronica. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee. All orders require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, e-mail us or call Customer Service at 508-977-7875. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection and serial number matching where applicable.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or retail packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
Item is 100% Factory Fresh and sealed w/ Full Factory Warranty where applicable. If you are having any operational issues with your product or missing parts/accessories, you must Contact the manufacturer tech support phone number found in the manual. They stand behind their products and will promptly correct issues over the phone and/or replace your unit within warranty period and guidelines. Shipping damages are to be disputed by the buyer with the shipping carrier.
