We only ship to Paypal confirmed shipping address. We will NOT honor requests to ship items to an alternate address if making payment through Paypal. Our items will ship securely via FedEX Ground.  Please use the eBay shipping calculator to determine domestic shipping costs.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all other countries, please contact us for a shipping quote.  Must include all address information. If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, Auction Pros will do our best to process your order on Monday or the next business day.  Orders are not processed for shipment on Weekends and Holidays.

  We charge a handling fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Our shipping rates are not exclusive to the cost of shipping; they also include a handling charge ($3.00) to cover the cost of of boxes & packaging materials.The packaging and materials fee is included in the shipping calculator.  DO NOT ASK for a shipping quote using alternate services because the items are boxed when purchased. Please understand shipping quote before bidding.

Combined Shipping:
We do combine shipping for most items. If you wish to combine shipping for multiple auctions, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within ten (10) days. Some items are unable to be combined because of size constraints. 

 International Bidders:
We ship USPS Express Mail International or Priority for all International packages. All items with a selling value over $100 must be shipped USPS Express. If making payment by Paypal your address must be confirmed. International bidders are responsible for all taxes and or customs duties that may apply in your country. Although we would like to help our customers avoid paying tariffs, we will NOT mark the customs declaration form GIFT--as a business regulated by US laws of trade and commerce this eBay item will be considered a commercial sale.  -- ANY REQUESTS TO MARK AN ITEM AS A GIFT OR DECLARE A LOWER VALUE WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF THE TRANSACTION.  

Local Pick-up:
 Buyers may pick up items at Auction Pros. Call (951)658-1525 to schedule a time. We are more than happy to offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP on every item that we sell. All local pick-ups will be charged 8.775% California State Sales tax. Any items marked for pick-up must be picked up within seven (7) days after auction closes. Shipping Claims:
Should a claim arise, you will need to retain all of the packaging materials and email pictures of the damage to us. We will do our best to expedite all claims and issue refund as soon as the claim has been processed by shipping company.
