Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items are backed by our 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If the item you receive does not match the listing, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund or replace the item.
Products sold as "used as-is" are not subject to this policy. "As is" products carry no warranty and returns are not accepted.
Returns are only accepted for functional issues. Customer abused products will not be accepted.
Q: Do I Need To Contact You Before Returning An Item?
B: Yes,you MUST contact us for an RMA before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA may be refused and returned to sender.
Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A: Please see the "Shipping" section at the top of the listing.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of order payment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a notification that will contain the tracking information. We do not process orders placed on Saturday or Sunday until Monday morning. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: No, we do not ship internationally. If you require international shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing an order. Orders placed internationally may be cancelled.
Q: Do You Offer Local Pick-up?
A: Localpick-up is currently not available. Although our sales department is based in Auburn Hills, MI, our manufacturing facility is based in Eveleth, MN. For security reasons, we are not able to offer local pickup at our manufacturing facility.
Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A: For eBay listings we accept PayPal only.
Q: How Long Do I Have To Pay For My Order?
A: You have 3 DAYS to complete payment. If not paid in full by 3 days, your order will be canceled, and we will file an Unpaid Item Claim.
Q: Are your prices negotiable? Do you offer bulkdiscounts?
A: No.Our prices are already heavily discounted and notsubject to negotiation. For10+ item orders, please contact us for bulk-rate pricing.
Q: What Does The "Thermometer Condition Rating" Mean?
A: Thethermometer rating system provides a clearindication of the item's condition. The picture may not reflect the condition of the actual item. It isimportant to read the entire description before purchasing.
Q:Why was this phone refurbished?
A: We receive phones from many sources including carrier returns, manufacturer overstock, trade in programs, and distributor auctions. For this reason, we are unable to provide you with the original state of the phone. Rest assured, we are held to rigorous OEM regulations andonly produce quality products. This of course, does not apply to phones that are not refurbished.
Q: Can you send me a picture of the item?
B: Because we process so many phones, to become as efficient as possible and keep prices low, we are unable to take individual pictures of the devices we are selling. Rest assured, our descriptions and accurate and we are confident you will be happy with your purchase!
Q: Can you send me the serial number of the phone?
B: To combat fraud, we are unable to provide you with a phone's serial number. We cross check all serial numbers through 3 independent systems to ensure you receive a device that is clear for activation.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
A: We don't like negative feedback. If you think you are going to leave negative feedback, please don't. Contact us first. There is never an issue that has to lead to leaving negative feedback. We have an excellent RMA procedure and an industry leading warranty policy. We are here to help.
