CD/DVD Condition

All of our disks are checked and buffed, if needed before leaving us.  They are not installed but if questionable we will copy the contents onto our computer to verify the files are readable.

CD Keys

CD Keys will accompany software that requires it but are not verified for any kind of online play or registration.  The only way to guarantee a key is good for online play or registration is to purchase a new and factory sealed item.  Keys will not be emailed under any circumstances, so please do not ask.

Jewel Case

This item ships with only what is shown, there may be a mini manual in the jewel case, some may or may not have the back insert, please contact us if this is required.  If the item has multiple disks they are all located inside the jewel case.

Does this game/software work on my computer?

Due to the extremely large number of different computer and operating systems we cannot guarantee any of our games/software will work with any specific computer or operating system.  Usually a quick search (with the name of the game/software and operating system) will yield your answer within the first few links.  There is also a large variety of programs on the market to make older software work with newer software.  Changing the compatibility mode within Windows Vista and 7 in the program properties can also resolve many problems.

Combined Shipping

We offer combined shipping on all of our items, however sales must be made within 3 days of the initial purchase unless we are contacted in advance.  If you pay for the items individually combined shipping does not work.  Please purchase all items and request a total.

Payment

We only accept PayPal as payment.  Payments must be made within 4 days of the sale or a non-payment case will be automatically opened against you.  If you need more time please contact prior to purchase to make other arrangements.  Sorry we do not accept any other type of payment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are actual shipping cost including delivery confirmation and tracking for our domestic customers.  There is also a small charge added for shipping supplies (bubble mailers, boxes, bubble wrap, etc).  It is scaled according to the item.  If we overcharged you by $3.00 or more we will refund you the difference.

Packaging

DVDs, Books, Guides and CDs are shipped in a bubble mailer unless you specifically ask for a box.

We ship anywhere in the world.  Please contact us before purchasing an item for a special offer.  Due to a few people claiming their item did not arrive we now reserve the right to cancel and refund any purchase or require the buyer to additionally purchase registered or priority mail to track the package.  All packages over 4 pounds must be shipped priority mail.

Customs Declarations Policy

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  It’s illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” in order to avoid customs fees.
