We ship orders within 48hrs M-F.

We pack our items carefully and professionally.

We factor ZERO profit into our shipping prices.

Snowboards and wakeboards are oversized and go off of dimensional weight, they're not cheap to ship.

USA: Lower 48 States

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx Express Ground is $0.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx 3 Day Air is $29.95.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx Standard Overnight Air is $49.95.

NOTE: Our FedEx Air services exclude Saturday delivery.

Payment must clear before 4:00AM CST to ship that day.

We ship Monday - Friday.

FedEx Express ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday.

The day your order ships isn't considered a transit day.

Because these rates vary so much please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 4-8 days on average.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.

International Shipping and Handling Info

Due to dealer agreements this item can’t be shipped outside of the US. We have lots of brands that can so please have a look through our store or shoot us a message if you’re looking for something in particular.

Payment Terms

Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, major credit cards and credit cards through Paypal.

All PayPal payments need to be submitted within 2 days of closing

There is 7.125% sales tax on Minnesota orders

Please contact us if you are bidding on multiple items and you're not going to make payment right away.

If payment is not received after 8 days, a dispute is automatically filed with eBay. After 8 days, we can no longer guarantee product availability. If payment is made promptly, we will do our best to reserve the item.

Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs. within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary. We reply to emails outside of eBay’s message system when ever possible. EBay doesn’t allow for the back logging of emails. So please make sure to have your current email address on file with eBay or with us. Also check to make sure your email account settings are updated so that you can accept messages from Dj's Boardshop.

Returns

Please contact Dj’s Boardshop for instructions. Exchanges/Returns are allowed and must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns initiated outside the 14 day window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Christmas presents may be exchanged up to January 30th without restocking fees. Items for exchange/return must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange/return. Exchanged items will be shipped for free to a physical address in the continental US. All of our sizing is in US sizes and is provided by the manufacturer.

Product Condition

All items at Dj's Boardshop are brand new unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup

Because we don't have a retail store, we have a 'No Local Pickup' policy.

Warranty

All products at Dj’s Boardshop have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Please email us with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer’s warranty process. The warranty process can take up to 30 days from initial contact with the manufacturer. We try our best to handle all warranty issues as expeditiously as possible and some issues can be resolved in less time, but please be prepared for a 30 day turn around time.

Shipping

We ship Monday-Friday except public holidays. Shipments are usually sent the day after payment is received and cleared (Mon-Fri).

Adding Shipping/Special Instructions

During the checkout process please do not enter any information in the Shipping or Special Instructions box. We are unable to view it or pass it along to the shipping company. If you have special delivery requests please email us. However, if you're purchasiing a snowboard or wakeboard package you can pass your boot/binding size on via PayPal Payment message.
