DAMAGES / REPLACEMENTS / RETURNS
All items are fully insured at our expense. In the event of damage or any defects, we can send out a replacement at absolutely no cost and with no need to return the damaged or defective merchandise. We simply ask that you send us an email with photos of the damage or defect and we'll be happy to get a replacement sent out to you. If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise but you simply wish to return for a refund, you may do so by first contacting us via email to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If you do not contact us first for your RMA number, we will be unable to appropriately credit your account due to the extremely large volume of orders we process on a daily basis. All requests for RMA numbers and requests for replacements for damaged or defective goods need to be sent via email. Even if you call us, you will still be instructed to send us an email regarding your request - we must have written documentation for any and all requests.
All requests for replacements of damaged or defective goods or requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Sorry, but requests made after this 30 day period cannot be honored. All returns must be in an undamaged and unused condition and must be sent back in their original boxes - no exceptions. We will not honor refunds for items sent back in any other condition. Once received back, we can provide a FULL refund of your purchase price less 25% restock fees. However, please understand that return shipping is your responsibility.
