I have Mizuno MP-19s with reg flex 4- GW. I needed a 3 iron. I was concerned about the stiff shaft but it didn't effect my swing or ball flight to my knowledge. I hit it as well as I hit my 4 iron. I like the mussel-back design over the cavity design on my 19s.

Its an excellent club, flies a little farther then my cavity back 3 iron so I will use it for short par 4s and going for the green in 2, or those overly long par 3s. I play modus 120x in all my other irons so the s300 is a little weak but may or may not reshaft it as it feels good for now.

I use this 3 iron basically as a hybrid. Nice crisp feeling. I can carry the ball 195 yards and typically 215 yards will roll. There are 2 long par threes at my club and I can now reach them with this club.

There is no doubt Mizuno Forged Irons are the best on the market today. A Rolls Royce in the golf world. When a company holds that distinction it doesn't need to pay many pros to play them.

The club looks good, handles well, and appears well made. It is excellent as a driving club off the tee and out of the rough. It handled Bermuda grass, lifting the ball up and out.
