We only accept returns for new unopened products. Product can't be tried on or opened.
ALL costumes returned that look as though they have been opened will be charged a 20% refolding, cleaning and restocking fee.
Buyer pays all shipping charges. All that will be refunded is the cost of the product.
Returns are NEVER accepted for OPEN WIGS, MAKEUP or STOCKINGS! This includes stockings, makeup or wigs that are included with costumes.
