QUICK DELIVERY, we ship all items within 1 business days after payment.

THOUGHTFUL PACKAGING, we carefully wrap and package all of our items with care.  We want you to receive your item in the manner it left us.

Multiple Item Shipping:  WE COMBINE/REDUCE SHIPPING for you and send updated invoice once all auctions have ended.  Please do not pay for items until we have sent you an updated invoice for everything in your order.

Domestic Shipping: Orders will be shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS Mail with supplied Delivery Confirmation and tracking included (when applicable).

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation. NOTE: Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check w/your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying/bidding. 

If you choose First Class International or Priority flat rate envelope mail please note that this does not include tracking information and shipping can take up to 12 weeks, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery.  Please choose Priority or Express mail options in order to track your package and purchase shipping insurance.  Some countries do not offer shipping insurance options (e.g. Russia).

Estimated International Delivery Times

First Class Mail international: up to 12 weeks, average 7 weeks (depends on country, shipments to Russia take the longest while to UK/Australia is usually much faster)

Priority Mail flat rate envelope: up to 8 weeks, average 4 weeks

Priority Mail: up to 4 weeks, average 14 days

Express Mail: within 10 days, average 5 days

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt. A refund/exchange will be given once item is returned in the same condition as was stated in the auction listing. For example, tags must remain on New with Tag (NWT) items.

Purchased an item that doesn’t fit quite right?  All size exchanges for USA shipments are FREE.  Discounted shipping fees are only charged for international customer exchanges, outside of US. 

If return arrives back without tags, damaged or after 14 days, a 50% refund will be issued. Refunds do not include original shipping costs and buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns, size exchanges are FREE.  Buyer must message seller through EBAY with valid delivery confirmation number for any returned package in order to receive refund.
