Guarantee’s Warranties and Returns

We accept returns without restocking fees for any item that is returned because it was not at all as described in the listing.   If returning for this reason then we would need to be contacted via e-mail within 14 days from the receiving date and then we would authorize the customer to ship it back. No shipping costs will be refunded on returns unless we decide to make an exception due to our own honest mistake and not the shippers or buyer.  Any returns after 14 days or for any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 Shipping Information

Shipping cost are usually a flat rate cost to get the item to the customer as quick and cost effective as possible.  We mainly use USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Included in the shipping costs are packing materials and occasionally insurance against damage or lost shipments. We will combine shipping on any winning bids from same bidder when items are ending within a day or two of each other.
