A must have for any Mike the Knight fan these Play sets are fully compatible with the Figures (Also available in our shop). Each playset comes with one figure & accessories (see the specific items picture for details)

 

One item supplied per purchase, if you require more then please add each to your basket and when you are ready to checkout a combined shipping discount will be applied if applicable. (Please note combined shipping discounts are only available for UK postage).

Shipping

 

Postage and packing: Dispatched via Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd Class service within 1 working day (see specific item for details). Express & International Postage available. Packaged and protected with either cardboard or Bubble wrap.

Shipping to the UK Mainland: All items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd Class service. Each item for sale will detail which delivery service applies on the specific item.

International Postage: All items are dispatched via one of two methods; Royal mail Airmail Small Packets or via our couriers for larger items (See specific item on ordering for details). We dispatch all items within 1 working day and both our couriers and the Royal mail ensure they arrive promptly into the destination country. However, as the items have come from abroad, they must clear Customs. This is the same for any country - all mail, goods and people crossing a border at an airport or a seaport face a Customs inspection. Although an estimated time is detailed on ordering please bear in mind that customs can hold up mail for anything up to two weeks.

Delivery: We ship items every working day (Excludes UK Bank Holidays) within 24 hours of payments being received and processed. Unfortunately delivery and despatch times although accurate for almost all parcels, cannot be guaranteed as there is always the possibility of outside influences beyond our control.

Returns Policy. We offer a 'cooling off' period of 7 working days after receipt for all Buy It Now items. Within this period, a customer can decide to cancel the purchase. If the item has been delivered the customer will need to return the item to Orchard Creek Services Ltd via the Postal service or Couriers at a cost to themselves Return policy conditions: • Refund – a full Refund of the Purchase price of the item purchased is provided in the event of a returned item. • Time Limit - Returns accepted within 7 days after the item is delivered. • Postage and packaging charges: It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage and packaging costs. • Item condition: To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must still be in the original packaging / "unopened box" with all original materials.
