Please be sure to carefully read and understand our return/ exchange policy before placing your order.
Here are a list of items that cannot be returned for sanitary and health reasons; headphones, earphones, wind controllers, brass instruments, instrument mouthpieces, microphones and items alike. Copyrighted materials cannot be returned once opened due to copyright laws; i.e.; opened computer software, licensed products, video(s) or manual(s)/ book(s). Electronic pieces that that are not compatible to your current studio, computer or music set up, cannot be returned.
Special order items, discontinued or clearance items are not returnable.
If you decide to return a product within 14-Days after the purchase date, all products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped out of the Music Center, Inc. of Kenosha, WI. Items must show no signs of wear or usage, must include all original packaging, contain all of the manufacturer’s documentation and accessories. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer back to Music Center Inc. Upon returned package, we will refund your original invoice amount less the outbound shipping costs*. There will be a 15% restocking fee if the returned item shows; any signs of wear or usage, twist ties and packaging undone, external/ internal packaging is tampered, original seals broken, missing warranty card/ paperwork, original tags not attached, missing pieces, etc.
If you choose to return an item for any other reason, there will be a 15% restocking charge & all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer*. Additionally, shipping an item back to Music Center, Inc. will be at the expense of the customer.
If an item arrives defective, please notify us via Music Center Inc. Ebay messaging or call 888-697-9393 within 3 business days of the tracking number delivery date to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA#. We will issue a call tag at our cost to transport the item back to the Music Center, Inc. Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or you can opt for a full refund as long as the item is received in the same condition and within the 14-Days after the purchase date.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii may require extra handling and shipping charges.
