Everyone’s feet are different which can make buying and selling shoes online tricky. I will gladly offer an exchange for any NEW item that does not fit comfortably (not used items). Original shipping costs will not be refunded and new shipping fees must be included with the returned item. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. Because of excessive selling fees associated with each item refunds are given on a case by case basis only and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
