Royal Mail Price increases April 2013
Due to the large rise in postal prices we have regrettably had to increase our shipping price, and you are charged the exact cost to us. All items remain delivered using 1st. Class, with same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm, and the majority sent tracked. To compensate for the unfortunate rise we have increased our domestic combined postage discount so you will pay only £1.00 for each additional item UK only. Take advantage of this by combining purchases using the shopping basket. Buying two or more items at one time from the same seller and saving overall on the cost of postage now makes more sense than ever.
We endeavour to post daily Mon-Fri 1st Class via business collection, direct to our sorting office. All items paid for before 3pm are normally posted the same day, but please note we are a small family business and there may be occasions when we are unable to post. We offer domestic (UK) and worldwide shipping for most items. As soon as an order is shipped we will email confirmation to the buyer which will give a suggested timescale for delivery. If this timescale is exceeded then please message or call us.
Domestic: Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail, most domestic mail is sent 1st class recorded. If your item is required urgently please message us through eBay messaging and we will give it priority. Royal Mail's delivery times are normally fast and if you have not received your package within 7 days please contact us for tracking information. Consider using Next Day Special Delivery for important orders, if you require Saturday guaranteed delivery there is an additional charge of £5 which will have to be made after purchase, please contact us for details.
International: Click the postage tab to get the exact postal charge. Shipping is by standard airmail but high value orders will be sent tracked at our discretion. If you require the security of tracking please select International Signed For from the postage options (we cannot send to international PO Boxes). Tracking progress can be viewed on the Royal Mail website until arrival in your country, and then it's available on your postal services website. Some heavy, large or other parcels will not be open to international bidders. Items up to 2kg are sent by Airmail small Packets, it may not be possible to provide a cost effective delivery for heavier items. Where possible we will combine postage on items up to the 2kg. Please add items to your shopping basket before checkout and eBay should automatically discount postage.

Returns
All items are carefully inspected before posting. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, wrongly supplied, or not as described an exchange or full refund will be given, we will cover your return postage cost. If you wish to return an item for a reason other than above, please notify us through eBay messaging within 7 days of receiving the item. An exchange or refund of the purchase price will be offered in accordance with the distance selling regulations; however the buyer will be responsible for any further postage costs. In either case the returned item must be as it was received, that is clean, unworn, with any tags still attached and in the original box or packet .To avoid confusion please let us know by eBay Messaging before returning an item. For a refund we will ask you to open a returns case, please choose the reason as "other". For an exchange please do not open a returns case.
