If the package arrives at your location with obvious shipping damage (including broken envelop, empty package and etc), please refuse the shipment.
If you find the item is defective after you accept the shipment, please save everything that is attached in the package, including all the documents, and contact us immediately, either through eBay message or email address.

You should state your item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly in your email. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you send.

And please bear in mind that you should contact us within 7 days since the day you receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the defective item.

We will investigate your issue in 1-3 days depending on its situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible after the investigation.

If we find the product is arrived at damaged, we will usually reship your order in mint condition immediately.

How long can I return a package?
   In the event that you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective or wrong in any way, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, exchanges/refunds will not be given.

What's the refund?
   If returning an item, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the item and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items unless item was shipped damaged or if we shipped the wrong package.
