Delivery

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Shipping

Please note that we will ship your product to the address on file in your eBay account. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other international addresses. Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States only.

Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via e-mail.

Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your eBay account and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file with eBay. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid.

Returns

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return please call the toll-free phone number provided on your order receipt. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.

Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.

Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements free of charge. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
