Once your purchase leaves my possession, I have no control over what happens to it. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days and must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped out or no refunds will be issued. I will correct my mistakes at no cost to you. Please read the shipping section carefully. Items are shipped in bubble mailers as these are the most cost effective way to ship these products. Boxes cost more to buy & weigh more to ship. Along with the product packaging, bubble mailers provide adequate protection of the product itself.
I have been an avid Mary Kay user for over 25 years. I am currently unable to work due to illness and trying to subsidize my income by selling products that I love. I purchase my inventory from consultants liquidating their inventories. Unless an item states an expiration date, the minimum shelf life is 3 years. Most Mary Kay products last much longer, up to 8 years. I check the products before listing them and if I would not personally use an item, I will not sell it to you.
