PAYMENT: I only
accept Pay Pal but contact me if this does not work for you. Appreciate a
prompt payment. I mainly sell books, so any other item I may occasionally sell,
please inquire first as to shipping rates/discounts for combined items.
MAILING RATE: PLEASE
NOTE THAT I USE MEDIA MAIL RATE WITHIN THE U.S
– which can take up to 2 weeks if you
live some distance from Washington State, where I live.
If you need the item faster,
please inquire as I am willing to send
it in a Flat Rate Envelope, as long as it fits, or some other method that the
Postal System uses; I charge a 25 cents handling fee per item for any faster
mailing rate. I do not mail from home, but go to the
Post Office each business day to mail.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS/REFUNDS/RETURNS/QUESTIONS
BEFORE ORDERING: Please contact me before leaving negative feedback
if there are any problems with an order
or if you have questions concerning an item/order. Because it is often not
cost-effective to pay for the return of a book, I prefer to refund. If you wish
to return the book for a refund, due to an inaccurate description, please do so
within 21 days of it being mailed by me; upon receipt of the book, I will give
you a full refund: item price, shipping (if any), and return shipping, based on
what I paid to ship it originally, according to the Postal Receipt.

I will ship to anyplace outside the U.S. but cannot give an exact
shipping cost as the cost depends on your location, and the weight of the item.
E-mail me for the exact cost before
purchasing! For one book, unless it is big and heavy, I ship First Class
International, through the United States Post Office, and cost depends on total
weight – book weight and packaging. I often
have to guess what the postage rate will be until it is fully packaged—labels,
possible filler, etc., so I will charge a higher rate, and then refund if it
stays under weight
Added to all
shipping methods is a 25 cents handling charge per item, packaging cost, which is usually
$1.00 unless the Post Office provides it, and the Pay Pal fee.
For two or more
books, there are many options available:
A. The Flat Rate Envelope is
provided by the Post Office for $12.95 to Canada and Mexico, and $16.95 to all
other locations, as of January 22, 2012.
Envelope prices seem to go up each January, so prices may change January 2013.
The envelope can hold up to 4 medium-thick “American-sized” paperbacks, to give
you an idea of what it can hold. Inquire first before purchasing, as the
envelope cannot be crammed. Since the Post Office provides the envelope, the
above packaging cost is dropped.
shipping up to 5 kilos of books, I recommend the M-Bag. M-Bag rates are
available for shipping a quantity of books internationally, and average about
$35.00 plus-- again, varies by location. The weight also has to include
packaging. Books are packaged by me, and at the Post Office are put into an
M-Bag, which then goes by air. This is almost always the cheapest method to
ship a quantity of books internationally. Rates are available for every ½ kilo
past the allotted kilos.
C. In addition, there are Flat Rate Boxes, provided by the Post Office, which vary
in size and price. These can hold a quantity of books.
