Please check the description and image(s) carefully. If in doubt about any aspect of the item, email me and I shall try to answer as accurately as possible. While I take particular pride in checking that everything has been done as it should, I can (and unfortunately do) make mistakes.

Any discrepancy (inconsistency) between image and description automatically voids the listing, which means that the item is no longer up for selling. Do not buy such items, as this would simply create confusion. Thank you in advance for emailing to inform me for removal and correction.

If for any reason you feel, after receiving an item, that this is not what you wanted to buy, all you need to do is to email me about the item so that we can agree for you to ship it back to me and get your full refund.

Items such as mixture (comprising of  large number of stamps) cannot be returned. These "lots" made as mixture are sold on an "as is" basis and are clearly indicated as such in their description. So, refrain from buying them if you don't accept the "no return" rule on these items.

 We (buyer and seller) rely on a third party for this transaction to be successful: the post office. Paypal's only way of resolving "items not received" disputes is through proof of shipment and the only way we can obtain this proof of shipment is if we sent items "registered".

We therefore enforce a mandatory registration requirement for all items over 50.00 US$ in final value, unless the buyer opts to have these items shipped in two or more separate shipments, each one under the 50.00 US$ threshold. This choice must be done by email and payment for each separate shipment will be on the basis of 3.50 US$ for the first item and an additional 0.50 US$ for each additional item. Buyers can opt to register any shipment under 50.00 US$. We shall not assume responsibility for shipments which are not registered. Registered mail is at US$ 10.00 for all destinations. This amount will be added to all purchases with final value of over 50.00 US$. If payment is made before receiving our invoice, and the shipment amount is insufficient, the balance must be paid before shipment can take place. Again, please wait for our invoice. Shipments for which the buyer did not pay for registration will be at buyer's own risk. Seller assumes no liability for loss of any unregistered shipment.

Understanding our regular shipment discount: you will never pay more than 9.99 US$ total shipping, regardless of total number of items. This means that if you do not have an invoice total of 50.00 US$ (ex shipping cost), you will not pay more than 9.99 US$ for shipping. Example: you buy 40 items at 1.00 US$ each and have a total of 40.00 US$ to pay. Your shipping would have been 3.50 US$ for the first item and 0.50 US$ for the next 39 items: total shipping would be 23.00 US$. With our regular shipping discount, you pay only 9.99 US$ in total for shipping.
