Manufacturer Warranty On New Items
BusinessAuctions Inc. is not an authorized seller or reseller. There is no guarantee of a manufacturer's original warranty. You can purchase an optional warranty from SquareTrade for a minimal cost, offered to the winning bidder after the auction closes.

Non Paying Bidders Policy
We charge a restocking fee of 10% ($10 minimum up to $75.00 maximum) to all non-paying bidders for the lost sale and associated fees that we incur as the result of a non-completed transaction.

Negatives & Neutrals
Please be aware that we will only continue to do business and/or correct any problems with buyers who leave positive feedback. Buyers who leave neutral and negative feedback without giving us an opportunity to correct the problem will be blocked from future purchases.
Payment
Payment Deadline
Checkout and payment must be completed within 3 days of the auction closing. If payment is not received within this time period, we reserve the right to re-list this item and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert with eBay.

Payments At Our Warehouse
You can also pay when you pick up the item(s) localy at our warehouse. We only accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Please let us know if you plan to pay when you pickup.
Shipping
Signature Confirmation
Any shipments worth over $100.00 (not including tax and shipping fees) will require a signature confirmation for your safety and ours. If any special arrangements need to be met to better serve you please contact our shipping department directly at shipping@bizauctions.com.
Restrictions
Due to Postal restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship to eBay registered addresses.
We only ship within the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
The shipping cost may very from our flat rate due to the distance from our warehouse. Please call 1 (800) 961-2502 or email us at shipping@bizauctions.com for an accurate quote of the cost of shipping your area.
Shipping Insurance
If you want more than $100 insurance on your shipment, we charge an additional $1.00 per $100 of insurance. Please update your invoice or ask us for a revised invoice with the amount of insurance that you want.
Local Sales Tax
All shipments with a California destination will be charged 8.75% sales tax during checkout.

Local Pickup Hours
Local pickups can only be scheduled through the Kyozou check out or by calling us. You may schedule your pickup:
Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pickups By Appointment Only
Please call us at 1 (800) 961-2502 to set up an appointment.
All local pickup orders must be scheduled by 5:00 PM the day prior to pickup date.
Valid Photo ID
When an item(s) is being picked up, the winning bidder must provide a valid photo ID. If the winning bidder cannot pick up the item then they must call us ahead of time to arrange special arrangements. We will not release any items without the presentation of a valid photo ID.
Holidays
We are closed on major Holidays. Please call to confirm our Holiday hours.
Holding Times
Items must be claimed within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days BusinessAuctions Inc. reserves the right to assess a $5 per day Storage Fee until the item is claimed or the relist of the item(s) for sale. If for some reason you plan to pickup the item but it exceeds the 7 day limit please email us at jenny@bizauctions.com or call us 1 (800) 961-2502 and let us know.
Things To Bring & Remember
The pickup fee does not include packaging for securing or transportation. We do not secure items in your vehichles. You must bring all the packaging, tie downs and equipment needed to safely secure and transport your item(s).
