Returns: Return Time: You can return most items purchased from Home Buy's Plus as long as it is within the first 30 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. RMA Number: Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from a Home Buy's Plus representative. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. This is a very easy process. Just Contact Us. You will be given RMA # and further instructions within 1 business day. Restocking: A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the total sale price of the item will be deducted from the refund for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be lowered or waived in most cases. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Our original shipping fee can be made available to you upon request. Buyer pays for return shipping. Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to buyer error (ex: incorrect shipping address) any subsequent shipment must be paid for by the buyer. No exceptions. Refusing A Package: If you place an order with Home Buys Plus and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the actual item (not the carton), you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally, as well as the cost of the return shipping. A 10%-20% Restocking Fee may also apply. Damages and Missing Parts: In the rare event an item arrives damaged or there are missing parts you can simply contact us with 24 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue immediately. Defective Item: Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced with the same exact item only. We will pay the shipping for the replacement. However, return shipping fees of the defective item are paid by the buyer. Return shipping fees are comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost even for defective merchandise. Defective large items like TV's will require at least one service call before determining if a replacement will be made. This decision can only be made by the service technician and the manufacturer. In most cases a simple service call will fix the issue.
