If you have less than 20 feedback or are not sure what you are buying, before bidding, please contact us with your model number and serial number if possible so we can make sure you are buying the right item. Still do your google searches with our listings and try and make sure yourself first. (Buying ram for a G4 in hopes of using it in a 15 year old performa is bad enough... But to leave bad feedback for such a mistake? That could get you booted off eBay. Unfounded feedback could be seen as casual slander or at least bad business karma. Sorry but that's a wakeup call to the 15% they say exist in every group.

Our company has had 100% feedback for most of the last decade. No small feat I assure you. We truly like making clients happy (just easier that way). But it is impossible to anticipate every possible obscure detail on every item. So if you have any problems with your sale, we will help resolve it much faster if you contact us directly to resolve. Hold off on feedback until then if you would, negotiate first, attack last is wise business. I tend to reward such clients very well and nice guys finish first with us. You will not get left holding an item that falls short for any reason I assure you.

You will be hard pressed to find a better seller. We were all newbies once, so I get that as well.
