These will be meticulously built with brand new MacGregor VIP Tourney 1025M heads to your length and lie angle specs with KBS Tour or Dynamic Gold shafts and Lamkin Crossline Tour or Golf Pride VDR grips. This combo set of 1025CM's consists of 4 iron through 6 iron in the VIP Tourney cavity back 1025C and the 7 iron through PW is the VIP Tourney muscle back 1025M. The
9-irons are stamped 1025M on the hosel, but there is absolutely no
difference in the 1025M and 1025CM 9-iron heads. The loft, lie and all
specs are the same between the two. These were made to be
interchangeable between M and CM sets.
Buyer should specify shaft brand, shaft flex, length (up to +/- 1.25 inches), lie angle (up to 3 degrees up or flat) and grip color (Black, Blue or Red) in "notes to seller" during the purchase process. Flex, length and lie charts are included below and buyer should base custom length and lie angle specs on these original MacGregor 1025M specifications.
KBS C-Taper, KBS Tour 90 and KBS Tour Black Nickel are also available with a per-shaft
upcharge (see notes below). These shafts -- along with Project X, Project X Flighted, and Rifle Flighted which are most
commonly used for these heads --- are available on request but may
require additional build time.

any changes from the KBS Tour or other applicable upcharges.
Each
club will be assembled with original MacGregor gold diamond ferrules, matching the famous MacGregor gold diamonds on the club face.

the top rated iron sets of all time.
This is your chance to own a piece of history, to replace that
buttery-feeling set of forged 1025's you loved so much but have worn
out, or to get a beautiful set to hang on the wall in your
office. Each iron head has the famous MacGregor Gold Diamonds on the face. These
are the last of the MacGregor branded club heads out of Albany, GA.,
before the original MacGregor manufacturing plant closed down in May 2009. If you know golf, you know
that the original MacGregor (1897-2009, with 59 major wins and four
clubmakers/grinders in the Clubmakers Hall of Fame) VIP brand has a
legacy second to none. This is
truly a once in lifetime opportunity. We have several sets to build, and once they are gone, they are gone for good. I know of no other brand new VIP Tourney 1025's available anywhere.
Our clubbuilder was a long time MacGregor employee with years of on the job experience at MacGregor Albany, as well as a graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy, now known as the Golf Academy of America and a nationally recognized training ground for clubbuilder and PGA golf professionals.
