THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take an minimum of 120 minute tour of the hosting resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is over $450!

 

You may make your reservation request immediately after auction purchase! Call us for instructions!

We are the actual agents and you deal directly with us for your reservations!

TO QUALIFY: 

Be at least 28 years old (if married only one has to be atleast 28, cohabs both have to be atleast 28)
If married or cohabitating and you must attend the tour together
Be fluent in English 
Be gainfully employed (No  Students) 
Have a combined annual income of at least $50,000 per year
If cohabitating you and your  partner will have to have photo IDs with matching addresses 
Have a major credit card (debit/check cards not accepted) 
Must attend a 120 minute presentation
Children are not permitted on tour. There is a supervised children's area for those over the age of 4
You are not eligible for this promotion if you have toured with Festiva Adventure Club within the last 12 months or any other Festiva Resort property within the last 6 months.
You may only tour the same location 2 times.
This travel package is not valid for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate All Good Vacations promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.

All photos used are true representations of resort areas and/or accommodations. This vacation package requires a credit card be placed on file with our office by phone regardless of how you pay. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three (3) full business days ofyour arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for room taxes which are paid directly to the resort.

 **NOTICE** You may pay through PayPal for this auction, however, due to the actions of a few dishonest people, when reservations are completed we must have a credit card on file with our office. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three full business days of arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly.

Our Promise to our Customers: After the auction purchase, you become our 'Guest'. We strive to ensure our guests a pleasant transaction, easy reservations and do everything within our power to achieve that goal. Our years of experience guarantee you reliable top knotch customer service with a personal touch. We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival.

Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $12 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature.

Our Policies
Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. For information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. If calling from outside US call 423--360-3958.  Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing.  Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form and a copy mailed. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer.  Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.In the event that you do not contact us outside of the 3 business days, you may be subject to losing your vacation package.
Refunds If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates,  we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
Multiple Purchases If you are thinking about combining packages or buying multiple packages, please call or email us before purchasing as most locations do not allow this.
