Lower versions of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader will not work and you may get an error message saying the files are corrupted.

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

NO CASH REFUNDS on CD-ROM's or ORIGINAL LITERATURE but if you are displeased with any other item for any reason, we will refund the item purchase price less a restock fee equal to our actual shipping costs & selling fees. To qualify, you must return your item in its original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you within 14 days of receipt. EXCHANGES ONLY on CD-ROM’s and ORIGINAL Literature, which is imperfect and sold as is.

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

We insure all shipments against loss or damage and obtain a tracking number from the USPS to provide proof of delivery. If your package does not show up within 45 days from date of shipment, we will replace your merchandise free of all charges.
