MUSEUM QUALITY SIGNED CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE ENAMEL IMPERIAL FIGURES POEM VASES
About Our Auctions.
Hi, thank you for having a look at my items.
If you have been watching my auctions over the past couple weeks you will know I have been offering an Amazing and Large Asian Art estate collection. This week there is some really amazing and rarely seen pieces, I believe one of my finest sales to date. And as
All my auctions have run for over 12 years selling on eBay Everything is to be sold to the high bidder with Absolutely No Reserves, just like a Real auction should be! I do wish everyone the Very Best of luck winning the auctions.
Up for auction is an Original Pair of Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vases. The Vases are Truly Exceptional pieces, the Finest I have personally seen. The Vases are Completely hand painted from top to bottom with Imperial grade qualities throughout. The Vases have a nice square cong vase form. The Vases are also an original mirror image pair. The Vases have superbly painted imperial figures all around, along with a poem, seal marks, and are also signed on the bases. The Vases are superbly hand painted around the top and base rims with bat figures, and other intricately painted designs. The Vases show some light wear mainly to the top gilt rims, but are overall in very fine original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Vases came from the estimate on these two wooden display stands which will be included with them. The Vases are nice large size examples and are amazing display pieces measuring 4 inches square, by 13 1/8 inches tall by themselves, and 14 7/8 inches tall upon their stands. I believe there is a good chance these Vases would be considered important examples. They are Truly Astonishing pieces.

SPECIAL INTEREST NOTE: You will find listed this week in the sale a large amount of fine quality later 19th to earlier 20th century pieces. Although through the estate lawyers I am not able to disclose any personal information in regards to the estate, or collector I do have some information to share. The collector had a main interest in fine quality early to mid 20th century examples. I was told there was an article written by the collector around 10 years ago on republic period porcelain. In his opinion at the time it was were the biggest opportunity was for investment and future gain. In his opinion the early to mid 20th century period was the true renaissance of the earlier 18th century period, and the amazing quality of the wares were bar to none. He wrote that ten years ago such examples that were not really being collected at all were going to become highly sought after, and selling for very substantial amounts. Well, as you may know this has already started to happen. I am sure even he would be surprised with the amazing records that are being set basically on a monthly basis with both republic and mid century Chinese wares and art. I think even he would have been surprised to learn that many examples are presently achieving 10s, 100s and in some cases even millions of dollars today.
In my personal opinion this is only just beginning, and the opportunity to invest in these wares and make substantial gains in the future is still with use. The high end dealers and collectors are urgently trying to acquire fine quality pieces from the 20th century period, before the prices really do literally explode. These examples are some of the most breathtaking pieces that can be found outside Museum walls. Also the 20th century wares have a certain aspect of artistic freedom of expression that just cannot be found on the more strictly ruled Qing wares. Which is why I believe the younger generation are, and will continue to gravitate towards collecting such examples.
A little information, and my two cents to boot! Please have a good look through the items listed. I cannot read Chinese so I am not sure who the pieces are signed by, or what any of the script says. This collector had a keen eye for quality, and I believe there may be a couple important pieces listed in this sale.
