Our return policy is very simple. We will accept any item ordered from Iron Horse Hobby Shop within 14 days of receipt if the following conditions are met: • TRAIN SETS must be returned with the unopened factory sealed shrink wrap intact. If they are opened or run, they will not be returnable and are covered under manufacturer warranty. • Items must be in NEW/ UNUSED Condition in original packaging without any assembly or alteration of the product or its packing by the customer. • Any used item is non-refundable and is covered under the factory warranty. If item is returned, and does not meet all specified criteria, there will be no refund. There will be no returns after 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS Returns are subject to inspection. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The actual cost of shipping the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund. Please insure the package when it is being sent back. We will assume no responsibilities for lost or damaged items. If you feel you need to return anything, please call for an RMA number. NO RETURNS will be accepted without it.
